Preventia360 Refund Policy
Commitment to Care Transparency
Last Updated: April 16, 2026
At Preventia360, we strive to provide the highest quality health-tech and care coordination services. Because our services involve significant logistics, personnel scheduling (Sahayaks), and digital resource allocation, we have established the following refund guidelines.
1. Subscription-Based Services (Sahayak Program)
For ongoing monthly or annual care coordination and Sahayak visitation plans:
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Preventia360 app or website
- Refunds: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. If you cancel mid-month, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Annual Plans Pro-rated refunds for annual plans may be considered only if requested within the first 30 days of the subscription, minus the cost of any Sahayak visits already performed at the standard non-subscription rate.
2. Fit2Fly Wellness Programs
Our travel health services (Basic, Comprehensive, and Executive tiers) involve pre-scheduled medical coordination:
- Full Refund: Eligible if a cancellation request is received at least 72 hours prior to the first scheduled consultation or Sahayak assessment.
- Partial Refund (50%): Applicable if cancelled between 24 and 72 hours prior to the service start.
- Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or "noshows" for Sahayak visits are not eligible for a refund.
3. Digital Services (Doc AI & Dashboard)
Fees associated with digital-only access, such as advanced Doc AI trend analysis or medication inventory features, are generally non-refundable once the digital service has been activated or the data analysis has been generated for the billing period.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Preventia360 understands that healthcare situations can change rapidly. We may offer full or partial refunds or service credits at our sole discretion in cases of:
- Hospitalization or medical emergencies that prevent the use of scheduled services.
- Service failures where a Sahayak was unable to fulfill a scheduled visit due to Preventia360 logistical issues
